Payment Policy
At Krishna Tours And Travels, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our payment policy below:
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Credit/Debit Cards
Cash Payments (for in-person bookings only)
2. Booking & Payment Terms
Advance Payment: A minimum of 25% to 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey or as per the agreed schedule.
Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Customer:
More than 15 days before the travel date – Full refund after deducting transaction fees.
Between 7 to 15 days before the travel date – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure – No refund.
Cancellation by Krishna Tours And Travels: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booking, a full refund will be provided or an alternative arrangement will be made.
4. Additional Charges & Fees
Taxes & Service Charges: Prices quoted include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Change in Itinerary: Any modifications requested after booking may be subject to additional charges.
Late Payment Fee: If payment is not made by the due date, a late fee may be applicable.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any payment disputes, customers are encouraged to contact our support team. Disputes will be resolved as per company policy and applicable laws.
